In the market for a decent sliding compound mitre saw. I think I may be asking for the impossible here. In the process of buying a house, its a country style place that needs a fair bit of work so no worried about investing in the kit.
Need to cut wood - say 12" x 4" would be the biggest it needs to do or as close to as possible.
Also cut 60mm x 60mm box section, not worried if I have to change the blade to do this. For boat trailers so the angles need to be pretty sharp as I sell this stuff (or rather my old man does!).
Looked at the evolution saws and seriously not impressed with the quality - the ones in B&Q that had never been used where practically falling apart.
Any others - might end up taking two saws here if I can't find one to do all.
