I've got a couple of draper 4.5" 600w grinders that have taken some abuse over the last few years, that I got because they are more compact than most grinders and being low powered are less likely to be snatched out of my hand while working under my cars etc. I've also got a Lidl 4.5" variable speed long handled grinder, which I use for working on car bodywork for stripping paint as they are more comefortable to use and slower speeds mean less of a heat build up (you can also use the with shrinking disks too). I used to buy much more expensive branded ones, but they needed replacing every year, so I bought cheap ones as disposable ones and they have lasted much longer
