one was OMIX, it was just alright second was ArCO2 18 and i couldnt get it into spray at 29-32 voltage range.
so thats how it was seconds before i run out of gas.

and ArCO2 bottle.


then i turned on the "posh " welder with pulse and superpulse it was on pulse, and ArCO2.
picked up the torch and saw this.

SERIOUSLY? i got rid of that stuff, changed the contact tip and it welded like S* on pulse.
for both machines, set for spray and pulse it was on globular transfer side. why?
2 different bottles, same results.

well, today i wasnt involved in welding, but someone else had to do the job and i told him it might be the gas, he tried the Esab first, it was S* then the other one, Bester it was the same.

I’d need to know what wire you’re using and what gas. There should be a label on the bottle somewhere saying EN or ISO 14175. It will read something like M21 ArC-20 or M26 ArCO-20/2.

If you let me know that I can do a video for you on Monday on setting up the U82.

Are you sure the bottle isn’t an Argon-O2 mix? For shielding stainless? That would read ISO 14175: M13 ArO-2

the wire is ESAB ER70-S6 1,2mm. gas UN 1956 MIX-18 now i have a bottle of UN 1956 OMIX-4. all of them are UN1956.
heres an old vid from january that i recorded ive been using before and since today and still OMIX

not my finest work but the arc was great.

i appreciate the effort you put into finding that read in my language, and not only.
no time to read that pdf today, but with MIX-18 i tried from 9,5 m/min WFS 1,2 wire which wasnt enough to 11,5 and was too much for my settings, the voltage was enough for spray around 30-31V. no matter what i changed it wasnt spray
