Ryobi Tek4 Noise Suppression Ear Defenders

I really need some new earmuffs. Found Ryobi now do noise suppression ear defenders.

Has anyone used them? Or have any comments/experience on or with Noise suppression technology

I have got some peltor ones and they are great, they give you enhanced hearing but cut out all the loud noises. For use in the workshop I don't think they would be practical as the speakers would soon fill with fillings/dust just like a mobile phone.
