Yes a rubber lined clamp.

2020 year version in a Garden centre, near Winchesters had pipes fail in 2021.

Their fitters, when the have to disturb a clamp, rub Red Rubber grease on to the rubber.
It stops the moisture getting trapped under the clamp.

crevice corrosion, trapped moisture between the clamp and the pipe. Fairly common, relatively easy to fix though, make sure the joint is dry and coat with a wax type coating, can't remember the name of the stuff we used to use offshore, but was like a parafin based wax...

will have a dig and see if I can find the name of it...

Pipe is on back order none in Europe. So I brazed it. The driver didn't notice until the power steering stopped working so it took 65 litres of oil.
