So who s watching this on blaze ?
I've watched a lot of it on Prime, over the last couple of years, it's quite interesting and a different flavour to the usual car restoration drivel. I think there's a new season, not checked yet.So who s watching this on blaze ?

I DO watch some boring stuff, just ask SWMBO, BUT its at least got measuring, machining, discussion, diagnosis etc etc.

I use to live in Roxby Downs in South Australia and it's near a opel township called Andamooka. I used to cycle out there and the first time I ever did was a eye opener. It's like tin shacks on the moon with big mally mounds everywhere. Gets up to 50c in summer and below 0 in winter and is arid Australia. You have to be hardy to live and work there. Great pub which did good food though. Somewhere to go if you want to really experience outback Australia. South Australia is the driest state in the driest continent so folks who settled these places were made hard. SA has some great places to visit; Adelaide, Port Lincoln, Claire Valley and Barrosa Valley etc.Yeah, nothing can compete with Aussie Gold Diggers and Opal Hunters. I did watch an instalment of Simon Sharma's "History of Britain" last night and that whole civil war thing is sooo difficult!

A lot of stuff like this I fast forward the nattering and watch the end productI did watch the first couple of series of Rust Valley Restorers on Netflix.
I quite enjoyed it. Yes it was unashamedly scripted, and badly acted, but
I think that added to it's charm, and allowed the characters to come
across as real people, just like you and me.![]()
