rust remover/treatment

anybody bought the miracle rust remover/treatment as on faceache ? shows some rusted pipe turning black after treatment ? looking for decent similar to do chassis , I recently tried one of the propriatory brands on a section for test piece ,then painted , rust blistering through after just weeks ...yes I rubbed it down and wire brushed it first and it was dry. also did towbar ..same as rust showing already .

No, but I keep getting little videos on FB of a welder that you hold like a pistol that looks absolutely flipping phenomenal. I'm going to guess that the results are about as realistic as the magic rust remover. I've had good results with Hydrate 80 but it works best when you've removed every last bit of rust that you can first.
