There was a product called Tectyl in aerosol too.
I bought some ACF50 a while ago, not impressed TBH. I certainly does not seem to have any water displacement capability, or maybe not really suitable for steel parts.

Years ago I used to water down the clear wax oil with white spirit and coat it on engine bits then wrap them in cling film, I found a beetle camshaft last year and it was still perfect after 35 years

The sticky stuff is probably similar to Cosmoline.
What you show is a good idea for other places to look.
The Morris one is part of a range they do:
We know that the 'brand' names are Cosmoline and Boeshield T9 so an enquiry to the technical department of some of the smaller UK oil companies (Smith and Allen, Hallet, Rye) might find a product.
There is someone on the forum from the rust.co.uk (Rustbuster). Their product line might include something suitable.
VCI stuff comes in capsules as well as paper:
I never knew a fig roll prevented rust....

Note that the first product meets some NATO and MoD standards, which would probably be written on the datasheet. Searching using the names of those standards would find other products that do the same job.
As you say, half the battle here is finding the correct words to use in a search.

It's always been a challenge, the main difference now is that you don't have to deal with a storeman's disapproving look over the top of his glasses when you don't use the 'correct' name.
