Rust Busters surface prep products...?

Has anybody tried 1010 Rust Inhibiting surface preparation or 1030 Phos Kleen B?

Good products, worth a go?

I have used Phos Kleen after mechanical removal of rust to treat the surface of the metal in case any minor rust remains and to also provide anti flash. You have to give the metal a good rinse afterwards. Its main ingredient if phosphoric acid.

I have not used 1010 but I have found that with many rust treatments, such as electrolysis and dipping in citric acid, having the surface clean of grease and oil makes a big difference.

I decided to go with Phos Kleen B. Yeah, it wasn't cheap but being a degreaser and (apparently a good) rust inhibitor it seemed appropriate.
