I bought an rtech 30a the other day, and I'm pretty pleased with it.
Rtech say it can cut 8mm clean and 12mm severance, but i have found it will only do 8mm with the tip in new or perfect condition, and struggles after 5mm with a dirty tip never mind 12mm.
Like i say though, I'm happy with it as i only need it for 5/6mm max.
What I'm asking is how do companies come to there conclusions when quoting equipment output ratings, are they all a little exaggerated ??
