I have been 3D printing some parts for work, nothing special and I did start off using my own PLA. Having used 1kg of PLA already they have bought me a few rolls of RS Pro Touch PLA for the rest of the prints
I have been having issues finding the best temperature for this stuff. It needs to be hotter than normal PLA, RS suggest about 230C but despite trying several different temperature and cooling options I'm now ready to throw this stuff out the window.
2 main issues, layer adhesion and poor finish on the top layers close to the end of the print
Anyone used this stuff or one of the other 'Tough PLA' offerings?
