any one know where I can get a bearing guided router cutter to flush trim some 18mm sheet.

I want the one with the bearing at the bottom. 1/4 or 1/2 shank. It's for a one off job

All the ones I've seen on line are half the price of a new router

Screwfix do a few versions of flush trim router bits. You probably want the 1/2 inch tho...

Wealden tools. Have used them for a good few years, never had a bad cutter from them. Choose the right one for your job - a down cut is good for laminate worktops as the cutting action gives a perfect, chip free finish to the laminate. If it’s just plain mdf a normal bottom bearing 2 flute cutter is around a tenner

I have had good luck with the silverline 1/2" shank range of bearing guided cutters. I use them hard on a production job probably get a few weeks of of them, but works out cheaper than cleaning more expensive cutters. Not normally a fan of silverline anything, the other exception to the rule is the gravity feed spray gun at around £16 works well as a primer gun.

Router on 18mm sheet.......I assume you mean plywood or something?......
Dont even think Silverline....almost took my finger when one of theirs exploded on me........lucky my hand was in the way

Like a lot of tools, performance is directly related to what you put in the business end.
