Having driven my van down that gap I can say it's burluddy tight!

Haha, yeah, I should have given you a prize. Very few people will even attempt it. To this day, my van is the only vehicle which drives down there, where (including my neighbours, there are four garages and offstreet parking space for eight vehicles - in London!!
