Roof gutter sealer

I will be removing the old sealant from the rain gutters thats cracked and flaking. Whats the best sealer to use? normal 1k seam sealer or a 2k epoxy resin type sealer?

Acropol is the stuff you need mate...second to none for gutters

Bitumen mastic?? Remains soft and flexible but it's black and nasty tack to work with!

Thanks, which is the best one to get, 255, 221? as it will have to withstand a bit of heat, so want to make sure i get the right one

ime not going to pretend i know because i dont but the last sikoflex i used to bond on a car spoiler was black,very sticky and set nice and flexible just like silicone,ive also used the stuff on boats so i know it keeps the water out too

Think i will go for the Sikaflex 295 UV. Says its UV resistant, no cracking or chalking - Salt water resistant - Fast tack-free time - Paintable and sandable - Stable - Bonds and seals in one step. Sounds good to me
