Rolux / Somfy roller garage door

A few months back I bought a second-hand Rolux garage door, it's basically a Somfy control unit and, I believe, motor. When it was removed from the old building, the four-core cable from the control unit to the motor was damaged - the copper wire is showing in a couple of parts. I can get new cable, but before I do, does anyone know whether it's easy to swap at the motor end? The control box end just has a screw-on connector, but the other end disappears into the end of the motor and I'm short of space to strip it down. I just wondered if anyone happened to know. I've downloaded various bits of documentation, and I'm fairly sure one of them shows the motor without a flying lead on it, but not completely certain.

Just note which colour cables go to which terminals on both ends, and replicate.

put a small adaptable box next to the motor with conectors in it and renew the rest no chance of knacking it and faster

Thanks, I was thinking if all else fails I could add a connector block near the motor, just trying to eliminate additional connectors if they're not absolutely necessary.
