page 38 of the 2012 catalog ! Don't see any listed as for SIP but others may fit ?
For wht it is going to cost for the rollers, might be worth looking at the cheep spool guns on ebay < £70

Failing the above you might be able to get your existing roller ground with an extra groove if it can be repositioned on the motor shaft. Is it held in position by a grub screw ?
Note that Screwfix do a roller for there mig. Might not have correct grove but if it fits on shaft then again could get new groove machined.
Or as it's ally you are feeding then a mild steel roller should work and be easier to get machined.

Yes please! the SIP one is 25mm diameter, 7mm thick and has a 7mm square hole in the middle. I just found out they are called drive wheels lol
Mike - yes i could get my 0.8 groove machined into a 1mm u groove since i only use the 0.6 for steel wire. If i ever really want to run 0.8 steel i can buy a replacement. I'll look up the spool guns… thats another possibility Cheers mate.

Recon you could use the 12 v one BUT would have to make sure you don't exceed the input voltage by turning you wire feed up to high. Maybe a separate supply for the spool gun. There are some very cheep DC speed controllers (<£10 ) on ebay but will take some time from Hong Kong (2-3 weeks).
Separate supply for the gun sounds sensible. Any chance you could link me to some items on ebay or wherever so I don't go hunting all day and buy wrong thing? Cheers mate and thanks for the advice so far, much appreciated.

You won't find drive rolls on anyone else's machine that will fit that square shaft. You would be best advised to either buy a spool gun or have a standard drive roller modified.
Personally I don't think your machine will give you much of a result whatever you choose and if ally is something you need to weld regularly then I'd start putting money aside for something more suitable.
