Ring rolling needed

30mm box section i need a semi circle with a outside radius of 367.5mm so a 735mm circle.

Is it possible and can anyone here do it.

Paid job. For a garden gate so wall thickness could be 2mm or 2.5mm would be fine.

There is a company in Radcliffe, Manchester called Cold roll rings. Very experienced and will tell you if it can be done and what wall thickness you would need. 0161 724 1900

I sold my big ring rollers to Argles metal designs . Sometimes I do regret selling them as how many people can roll rsj’s but I don’t want to !
On ready the post my reply is pointless as that’s far too tight for my old machine
