it would have to be orange as it has more tensile strength than the blue......

Mrs Robo strikes again!, she has a standard towball on the quadbike and has found a harrow with a ring hitch , so now hubby has to make it work.

Don't know whether to cobble together a ball hitch onto a jaws type hitch or remove existing towball and fit some sort of bracket to take a "jaws and ball" hitch?, open to suggestions.

Picture below shows current setup, mounting hole is 20mm / ¾" for info

If it's any use for you to modify I have one of the combo ball/pin hitches sat on my bench looking forlorn, if your passing bolton area you c an have it

Thanks for all the replies, given me a few ideas, the first attempt will be using shackles (mainly because I have a box of assorted sizes ) and see how we go from there.

I was looking for a trailer towhitch for another project and found one on eblag for £12 delivered!, so a bit of flat bar and a few bolts later.....
