Richard Finch, books

Has anyone read any of Richard finch's books on welding ?

He seems to think pretty highly of himself, (one title is called "How to weld Damn near anything") I wondered if he actually was able to back it up with uber cool techniques ?

I have read one. Got some out of it esp the welding of an airplane frame with a torch. My wife said don't get any ideas and no airplanes in the basement...Bob

Ive got the airplane welding also and its very good for technical info and pictures.
