My next project is in the planning

what do you folk suggest for a resin that I can use to set some metal things in a wood base.?

need something that’s not too expensive and will polish up like glass

max size of finished project about 450 x 300 x 15 mm ( this will be the aperture that will need filling with resin)

A touch over 2 Litres.
Clear stuff which you probably want, is much dearer than cheap roofing polyester resin with a tint to it.

I bought some basic poly resin for a similar project - abandoned - then used it for other things, so can't recall the tint. But bluey / greeny / browny, most likely.
