replacement jaws for record no 3 vice?

ive got a old record vice...idealy id like a new set of steel jaws and some soft covers

anyone suggest a place that might sell em for sensible money

Worth trying Record themselves: they used to be pretty good on spares.

Record all now Made in China .O whats the world comeing to. Warco do some nice alloy covers with Vee groves machined horizontal and vertical into the, there held on with magnets, there very handy and very cheap. I've also seen Record jaws and fibre slipovers as well as pattern soft covers on ebay.

Yes it will be . My mate who works within Irwin tools has been told by the Record quality control that the vices are better quality than when they were made in the UK. O the shame of it.
