reomendations for 350 mm cutting disc

i have two makita chop saws and i have just bought a new cutting disc for each and today chopping some box section with a 3 mm wall the discs are shocking take a long time to cut the chop saw vibrates like hell now i have never used it with a different disc to compare but this one is ****e so any recomendations for a tidy metal cutting disc

you should try the bigger discs i have it and it drives me nuts

2mm ones can be bought for them as well as slitting discs

but there thiness puts me off using them on such a large spinning disc

the thin ones should be ok on a chopsaw .not like being on a grinder where you can flex them . they will be cheaper and cut faster with less stress on the motor

Klingspor are good discs. I prefer them thin as possible in whatever I'm using. Less stress in the machine, less heat and less waste.

they do 1.9 even in that diameter

I had some from Machine Mart years ago and they were frightening. They vibrated and dusted like mad. I got some from Screwfix which were decent quality. These are 355mm abrasive discs.
