Rent free co2 bristol

Is there anywhere in bristol that does rent free co2, tried bristol gas supplies but they want me to rent and it's £42 to have the cylinder refilled!!
The last one I bought was £12 but that was before I moved down from n.wales.

best bet is to try a pub,do you have an empty cylinder ?,i ve got an empty here is weston if needed.
