Hello,
Has anyone got a TomTom Sat Nav/Bluetooth hands free factory fitted in a Renault?
It generally works well apart from one quite serious and very annoying floor.
It works great when making or receiving calls to anyone when they are either using the phone manually or when they are on handsfree themselves. However when you call someone else who is also using the same Handsfree system there is a huge amount of interference, like a really bad echoing noise (but not a echo of the persons voice) infact you can't even hear the person speak above the noise of the interference. Initially I thought it was just when I was calling my old man, who has exactly the same make/model of van as me, but we also have a customer who has Renault Scenics and Lagunas with the same system fitted and when ever he calls us or visa versa its exactly the same problem.
Just had a google albeit a very quick one and I can't see anyone else posting a simerla problem, so I'm wondering if I need to set somthing up in the menu? The usual things like echo control are on Auto. Any ideas?
