removing upside down Bosch grinder click nut

Yes, after years of using my my lovely Metabo SDS no-spanner angle grinder nut on a small grinder, I got a Bosch M14 SDS Clic Quick Change Flange Locking Nut free with a pair of 9" disks - and promptly put it on upside down - on 9" Makita grinder. Any suggestions for removing it? Lifting it away from the disk and attempting to turn it with waterpump pliers has no effect. The grinder is almost new and comes in a lovely plastic box so you can put it away with the blade (stuck) on it........photo shows it right way up on it's own

if all else fails destroy the disc which should leave it free

many years ago when they first came out i worked in a toolhire shop
i had to use a big set of stilson's to remove one

I think the main problem is because of the way the locking cam works when it's on upside down you need to tighting the locking cam while trying to undo the main part.
