Removing rust spot chemically quickly ???

I've read all the reviews on what to use has anyone any practical experience of removing rust from car chemically quick most things i have used thake days and still not great anyone help

Although various potions exist, there is nothing better than manual rust removal. For spots, I would use a spotblast gun perhaps, or maybe a needle gun if abrasion alone didn't clear it. Bear in mind though that heavy pitting means that there is no metal left, so the answer would be to remove the area back to sound metal and weld some fresh in. Any repairs are going to re-appear very quickly otherwise.

In theory, phosphoric acid will turn rust into an inert chemical, it doesn't remove it, but should stop further rusting, and can be painted over, after excess acid has been removed. Doesn't take long. Problem is, once you get the paint and loose rust off by sanding, there are often pin holes in the metal, which does require more drastic treatment. Jenolite is a brand of phosphoric acid rust treatment, but there are many more.

Not a chemical but these work well to get rid of rust.This website was just picked for ease and might be available elsewhere for cheaper.

I've had success with grinding out as much as possible treating with jenolite or kurust.
Then, before filler or paint a film of resin, seems to keep the air /moisture out best.
