can anybody tell me where i can buy a new relay for my sip mig mate 150 turbo thanks jason

have a look here, these are all pcb relays, 12vDC coil and 16 amp A.C. rating, it's just the pin configuration you need to select?

If you can't get the exact pin configuration to match, just mount the relay nearby and solder "flying leads" from the relay pins to the PCB.

ive done this with my oven used a 12v car relay,
those relays/similar are on ebay too...


pop the cover of of your original relay,
and see if the contacts open and close manually,
they may be welded shut or need bending nearer to each other,
you can dress the surface of them with some emery paper .
otherwise it may be the coil that has failed ..

I just typed Zettler relays in Google & came up with several cross reference sites both by Zettler & other companies. You might find something similar by another manafacturer.

As robotstar5 stated, I used a bigger relay and just attached using some wire, I don't think the original relays are upto the job even though they state 16 amp the inrush or current every time you arc up is far greater and with a mig that relay will be seeing high over double that every pull of the trigger
