Regulators for No Rent Bottles?

I think I heard somewhere that some No Rental gas bottles come complete with a regulator

Is this correct anywhere, or will I need to get a regulator myself?

air products do one that has a built in regulator and you then select a flow rate adaptor that's suitable for your use. BOC will supply you with a regulator but is likely to be more expensive than a welding suppler all the bottles have the same threads for the same welding gases

My Adams gas no rent bottle does not come with a regulator, but that is no problem as I already have one!

The main valve is a lot easier to operate than the pub gas bottles I used to use, i.e., I don't need mole grips to turn the gas on!

Ok, I'll get myself a regulator

Is there anything in particular I need?

I know it's a single stage, dual gauge I need, but do I need to worry about the pressure or flow of them?

And - What make/manufacturer should I get
Are SWP any good?

I believe the regulator needs to be specific for the gas used,I think.
Adams take a standard regulator as with BOC and Air Products.

BOC also supply cylinders with integral regulators, the product name is Vivantos
