Regulator problems

I'm running a Clarke Te with a single gauge oxyturbo mini reg, so have just got myself a peashooter to see how much gas I'm using, but to get the torch to read 10lpm the reg has to be wound rite open

Is my reg foooked? surely you don't have to adjust it that far!!!!!!

Aah, funny you should say that but using a peashooter on my mig in order to get 15 lpm I have to set my reg to around 25-30 lpm
I'm not sure what to set it to at the moment so it's a case of suck it and see.....
