Regulator compatibility

I have some guys coming over for a sculpture workshop in a few weeks, one of them has a Mig welder, an SIP Migmate. Here is a photo of it, will the regulator be compatible with my standard gas bottle?

I was thinking it would be helpful so work on setting it up etc as a part of the weekend, as long as it behaves itself.

Depends what your standard bottle is, but that reg is made for the little disposables so won't fit industrial bottles.

To use with industrial bottle you need an adaptor hose from 3/8bsp to 4mm push fit. Weld equip good place to start
