Hi
I have just been given two regulators one is for oxygen and one for acetyene.
The oxygen one has two dials one with green and red scales marked cut and weld etc and the other dial has oxygen written on it with 4200 lb/in square and 300 bar. On the front on the large on of knob is a blue disk with oxygen 230 bar service. 0-3.5. It has male thread on the bottle end
The other is marked with a yelow knob with Butbro England on it. The two dial scales show red and green again with 35 lb/in square and the other 580 lb/in square and 40 bar. This regulator has acetylene written one it.
My question is can either of these be used for an argonshield bottle to my mig. I asume the acetylene one would not be any good but hope the oxygen one will be. Any advice would be great before I blow my head off if I get it wrong
Cheers
