regulator adaptor help needed

Hi ive got a new gas bottle but its got a male fitting and my old one was female (its co2) so ive got the problem that my regulator will not fit. Can you get female to female adaptors so I can use my regulator, if so where from?

You can an adapter for a BOC type bottle to a CO2 reg but I haven't seen one the other way.

Even if they did it's probably just as cheap to buy a new regulator.
