Bawjaws, you can connect a mobile phone to a pc or laptop and use that as a modem, dial-up, gprs and 3g can all be used, 3g is the fastest of the three.

Here's a pic of my first one, thing bounced side to side and back and fourth so much that I had to prop it on the arm of the passanger's seat so I could watch my movies going to work.

If you notice in the old PIC I have the 3G network card it 's really nice and I can use it on any computer I want.
