Rectangle rib inserts

I have welded up a new base for my exercise bench and would like to finish it off with some nice end caps. I found the size I'm looking for at this site www.mossexpress.co.uk but they want £16 for three 75mm x 50mm inserts for 4mm steel box. Anyone know of a cheaper place or anywhere that is friendly to people who aren't looking for inserts by the 1000's.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Id just weld some on, neat little outside corner joint,, then polish the welds off.
A bit of careful work with a flap disc, you could acheive the same radius on the ends as the sides.

If you go down that route, a tip-
Cut the end cap 69x44, ideally 3mm thick, buzz them on with a quick downhill =, fast and neat.
