Record Number 4 Vise Replacement Jaw plates

Hi guys, hoping you can help me out.

I'm just going through the process of trying to improve our workshop space, and one of the tasks was to aquire new jaws for our Record vises - a Number 3 (4"), and Number 4. (4.5")
I bought a pair of Record Irwin PTD Number 4 115mm vise jaws and screws on Ebay (as they were cheap - 1st mistake...) both the jaws, and screws are incorrect for our Number 4 vise.

The ones sent are 115mm x 19mm x 9.5mm approx, with screws of approx 6mm diameter (I realise they will be imperial) - our damaged ones are 115mm x 23mm x 11.5mm approx, with approx 7.5mm dia screws.

The seller has allowed me to return them, but im now struggling to find any specs for how large the jaws are actually supposed to be, and where I can buy the CORRECT fitting ones from...?

unless u really need hard jaw's make ur own........screw's no probs......
think u need to visit "Cromwell tools" for the real thing......wont be cheap tho.......

Thanks Frank - I had come across Cromwells last night on my phone, but they also don't list any other measurements than the width - are they any good at customer enquiries?

But they dont have Number 4 listed...

I suppose I could buy some bar stock and cut out some basic plates - we don't really have any machining tools here to give them a finish though...
