I’ve got mainly electrical drivers, I really like Wiha. Wera are also good, I’ve got the interchangeable blade set of those.
Standard (non electrical) ones - I’ve got an old set of facom ones from probably about 20 years ago which have stood up reasonably well, with some exceptions. Weirdly one of the pz ones has disintegrated at the handle, but only the red part - I don’t know if it’s maybe been left in sunlight? Wasn’t impressed with my facom electrical drivers either as the pz/ph ones have slipped in the handle, with not really heavy use, but the rest are still ok. I’m a big facom fan but I’m not sure I really rate their screwdrivers, they are just Ok in my eyes.
I did pick a set of the Halfords pro ones a few years back when they were on offer for £6, and really can’t fault them for the money. I’ve really used them in anger for the first time in the last couple of weeks fitting a utility room with some ikea cupboards - not exactly the sternest of tests but they feel quite nice to hold, and the tips have held up well enough - even wrenching on some old rusted screws when taking the old stuff out.
