Recommend fuel gasket sheet?

Can anyone recommend gasket sheet that I can use under a carb? I'm using Flexoid at the moment but it has absorbed fuel and the gasket is now highly flammable.

NBR is the cork stuff used on older cars but I dont think it'll work under a weber as it's thick and allows movement.

Answering own question: Klingersil C-4324 is widely available, cheap and much better than Flexoid. Cuts well in my K40 laser cutter as well.

What is the process for laser cutting a new gasket from a manky old one?

The Weber gaskets are simple so I took measurements and drew it on my PC (I use Solidworks but there are easier softwares for this).

I may soon need a manifold gasket which will be more difficult. My dad has a digitiser as he cuts clothing patterns for a living and has to convert paper to CAD, he can digitise gaskets for me.

I have previously used a regular home scanner but the scan then needs to be scaled to a known measurement.

I do this occasionally too, I scan gasket on office 4-in-1 printer/photocopier next to square ruler on bed, convert thing to outline in gimp, import into inkscape and convert to vector & scale so the ruler graticules are the right size, squirt vector version to k40.
Or now I can cheat and scan the mating flange with a 3d scanner and use the point cloud to extract geometry from to make it less painless and skip the scaling and error prone conversion.
