That's like one of those ads in the back of the Sunday Mail.

No ,a better version of the pumps Aldi sell, plug into a cigarette lighter socket.Do you mean like one of those horrible things they give you in modern cars along with an aerosol instead of a spare wheel?

I ended up buying the Tmax. Its the run time that lets the cheapies down, some of them have a minute or two before you have to let them cool down or they will melt. Tmax has a fortyfive minute run time which is enough for big tractor tyres.
Cheapest place seems to be B&Q atm Pump

You must have drawn the short straw or something on that one. I have the cheapest handheld ryobi tyre inflator and I use it all the time to pump up the air ram on the jack on the rolling bridge on my 4post lift save trailing the airline round and running the compressor. When I got a vevor airbag style jack, I swapped the pcl fitting for a schrader fitting and use it the same on that. Ive also used it for tyres from time to time.I bought the Ryobi 18v pump and it blew 3 tyres up before biting the dust, absolute garbage.
I use a Milwaukee M12 inflator now and it's excellent. Really pleased with it.
