Rechargeable Work Light that's usable whilst mains charging

Anyone recommend something similar to the above? I've been using a Faithfull branded version, it won't charge up at all now, I've opened it up, applied a a 9 volt battery direct to the leads going to the LED's and they work so it's obviously a circuit board problem, switch and other connections are fine too.

I really liked this light due to it's 'pass through' feature, being able to turn the light on whilst it were charging the battery came in handy a few times.

I have one of these its nice yellow light so not harsh but really bright to brighness settings, power level indicator which changes colour on the side the magnet on the clip is useless but the magnet on the eng is fantastic. Cant be used while recharging but you could probably get two if you had the budget and have one charging while one was in use. Fits in a pocket too which is handy.

Thanks, they need to make a mark 2 version, stronger magnet and pass through charging, then I would want one. I like the fact that you could easily swap out the battery too, mine has 3 of those cells wrapped/sealed together.

I use twin spots or a simple bulkhead.

Go for a Maintained version.

Inside you will see 4 mains terminals
Earth
Neutral.
And 2 lives. Link the 2 lives together and away you go.

not quite a work light but serves well on the farm.....
Orig a Halogen bulb and the batt lasted 5mins......
now LED car bulb with a Gell Motorcycle battery.....lost the charger but the 2 wire connect to a norm car charger.....
cant tell how long the battery lasts as only charged it twise in a year....

seem'd a shame to bin something so useful cos of the orig crap battery.....

just mean I guess.....
