really green welder

hi im brand new at welding and have an old Einhell dual weld 120 unit.
can anyone tell me anything about this?
I cant seem to find owners manual for this on line

It's not a common brand over here so you may find you don't get any useful info but what is it you need to know about it?

A manual would not help much. The controls are simple.

Again, what do need to know?

If you post picts, we can probably find what consumables it uses (tips, shrouds etc.)

I did this years back with my Tig welder and ended up with almost a custom instruction manual.

thanks for the response guys .I"ve got to learn how to put pics on line first.
However.... I do have a question .Im trying to weld stainless steel so what wire
do I use and do I just use the black ground clamp and clean up the area to clamp to and where I have to weld?
