re-using bandsaw blades

found a use for my broken blade.
it had couple of teeth missing when i checked it.
got a couple of ( 15) large hacksaws i got from skip when my old place closed
down.
cut one down lengthwise and punched hole in ends of length of blade.
works a treat ideal for when junior is to small and full size to big.
got 6 blades out of it.

I re-use hacksaw blades in my pneumatic body saw.

The blades tend to wear in the middle and there is plenty of life left at each end, so I chop them in half and get two free blades!

donkey saw blades make good scrapers when you brake them. grind off the teeth, rap in sparkey take and file a chafer on one end. have been using one today to scrape of remainders of gaskets on landy engine

i use donkey saw blades as chisels for car bodywork stuff.
guy i used to work with made some knives out of em.

sod filing them i just show it the belt sander

normal hacksaw blades when sharpened to point make great scribes.
have also got loads ive made into picks and little scrapers.
another use us double sided tape and stick some wet and dry to them for filing in tight spaces.

Even seen them ground to make lockpicks!
