I have been asked to help with this project.
2 RD 250 engines made in to a in line 4.
I will be doing the welding.
T tried a scrap bit even dirty it welds ok.
There will be plenty of video to come .

Allen did do a video detailing how he aligns stuff. ******** if I can find it though.

Basically I am just doing the welding ,
That being said , I will be getting a solid bat machined that is the same size as the main bearings .
Once the casings are all bolted in place nothing should move.
It is all away being vapour blasted.
The alloy seems to be good quality.
The bit I tried welded very well .

Think thats what the machined bar through them is supposed to do.
@doubleboost who did the vapour blasting? Im needing two things done.

Thesolid bar they were welded on should have kept them in line
It works for Alan Miliard.

Looks like there’s two gearboxes? I think Millyard usually keeps one engine central and adds a cylinder each side, and he builds the whole motor overnight, while drinking tea and talking in a voice usually reserved for small children.
