Quiet air ratchet

Can anyone recommend a quiet 1/2" air ratchet for occasional hobby use. I have found some Chicago Pneumatic ones but they are out of my price range at well over £100. Are there any budget ones that are quieter than average for £40 to £60

+1 to that, the only vaguely quiet air tool I have is a desoutter drill. The rest have varying degrees of noise depending on the tool, to be honest though my ratchets are probably the quietest being the slowest moving.
