Think you need rings, can you not just cut off the quick connect and crimp on some suitable fittings?
More money but probably better to get inline version of quick connect and make up some adapters so you can use them on other machines

balls to that at that price Id sooner have a short section of cable with a pannel mount and ring terminal at either end!

The panel mount suggestion is a superb idea. You could make it work without the cable and ring terminal if you screwed it into a lump of brass. Thin down the other end and drill it to suit the stud on the welder. With some thought, you could screw it in at a 45 degree angle to mimic the ones above.
It would also be possible to make one from a Dinse female connector designed for a cable, a piece of round brass bar and a piece of brass plate. Turn the brass so it fits where the cable should go. Clamp it in using the grubscrews in the bought connector (or soft solder for a really good connection). Drill and tap the end. Bolt on a brass plate using a countersunk screw, the other side of the plate having a hole in it to suit the welder stud. Gucci version is to cut the brass bar at an angle but you'd have to be a bit more careful with the tapped hole for the countersunk screw and maybe shape the rubber sheath.

I made up lug to Dinse tails for my Oxford. Not that she is ever used now even tho I did put New SH contacts in her a while back OLD ONES WERE FRIED. Is the push and twist plug on a mig earth cable called a diesel plug.
If so can you get replacement pin. Which I think is both square and round.
Edit: it does indeed look like it's a dinse BUT it looks like they are integral on most plugs I can see on the net.
I just remember thinking I will replace the pin but thinking how do I make it or how can I fit it.

Let me reserve judgement on the route you want to take, but if you did want to replace just the pin, drill the main plug to a size big enough to fit the across the points measurement of the pin. Solder in a piece of round brass of that size. Caress it lovingly with files.
