I have always kept my Dickson T3 tool holders in a drawer but it was becoming a pain to get them in and out the whole time.
I decided to quickly knock up a tool rack that could sit on the backsplash of the lathe with stuff I had lying around.
Cut some angle iron into pieces.
Mock up to get the approximate spacing.
I then welded the angle iron onto a piece of flat bar.
A little warpage
Good enough.
Quick spray with some random aerosol I got on an auction once just to prevent rust. Bronze.
Tool holders 'installed'.
