To be honest apart from what specialisation do they use most in Canada none of your question makes sense.

I appreciate English is not your first language but even so.

Ithink thats mean:
Gas tungsten arc welding level1
Gas tungsten arc welding level2

I registered today in a government grant
Welding by oxygen and electricity
These are the basic course
I can not take the other courses before the end of this course
my course start in 2/3 and finish in 30/4
Anyway
I want to take your opinion in the welding profession
Is it a dangerous profession?
I see some pictures on the Internet
Seems it interesting profession

if it was a dangerous proffesion Health and Safety wouldn't let people do it.

It is like anything else, follow the rules/guidelines and there are no problems
