I normally do just use standard ceramic cups but thought I’d break my nice one out and it turned literalMost of us use a standard 7/8 for 90% of jobs.
Anything where visibility of extra gas coverage is needed we run Fupa12 ceramics. You can get away with a long stick out with them.

Might give them a tryThe Fupa ones are reasonably robust these days compared to Pyrex.
Think I've broken 1 maybe 2 ceramics in the last year.
