I had a puncture when I was on my fireblade and got the tax out they repaired it with one of those

All I did was melt it with a lovely big burnout outside the tyre place.

Iv used them ever since and left them in with no issues and around 10k miles on my old transit with two of them fitted

a mate of mine had that liquid sealant in his tires and got serious vibration mind u that was at 150mph

I think there is a speed limit to its use but in saying that i know that they do specific solutions for vehicles travelling below 50 mph and vehicle traveling over 50mph

My ex boss had that puncturesafe stuff it was crap. Mega vibrations at speeds above 45mph in a nearly new merc.

They had to take the tyres off and wash the crud out then rebalance.

Iv also used it in my mountain bikes over the years and all it does is nacker the valves

That's most Landrovers driving with illegal tyres then.

No not true as long as the tyre says tube type on the wall that's legal
you can still buy tubed tyres

reason tubes used to be fitted was a puncture in the side wall with a tube works ok but now not legal this is before the mushroom plugs came about
the inside of tubed tyres are smooth so the tube does not rub
tubeless have ridges ribs lumps etc so not smooth causing the tube to rub
only legal way to repair a tyre with a damaged wall is a major repair but most of the time it;s a new tyre

Can you show where tubes are illegal in tubeless tyres please.

The main reason not to fit them is the lazy fitters that don't clean everything out of the tyre 1st.

goes under constructions and use act and this BSau 159 specifically recommends it is not done
also states on the tyre wall Tubeless so if you have a tube fitted and it causes a accident don't be surprised if your insurance is classed as void

you can do what ever you want with off road and plant as long as it's not used on the public highway

Sorry but still can't see where it is illegal.

Ohhhhh a recommendation off British Standards. Not exactly a law though.
