Hiya all,
As I am improving I want to know more.
I have an R-tech 160 ac/dc.
On it I have pulse freq and width. I know what they do but want to know what I would use them for?
I am now getting decent welds on 1mm aluminium. And now moving onto 0.5mm. Not doing bad but getting blow through here and there. And the ends end to burn up.
So in addition to my question above. Would any one have any advice on the settings on a tig 160 so that I can weld the 0.5mm sheet.
One thing I have noticed is that the tungsten is pretty rough when I put a point on it.
Cheers guys
