Beware they produce water as a by-product. I used to have a calor heater in the garage and went to electric as when I used it everything got covered with condensation.

I don't know about the other suppliers though?
If all else fails buy a refillable outright and fill it from the lpg pumps.

Yes.
As long as you own the cylinder.
Otherwise you would be breaking the rental agreement with whoever owns the cylinder.
